appraisal assignments throughout North America and the
Antilles Islands. Prepared appraisals for most of the major
categories of land and structures in industrial, commercial
and residential uses. Conducts appraisals for purposes of
sale/purchase, ad valorem tax, insurance, financing, and
allocation of purchase price, property records and leasehold
